Handmade Pens
Each of our pens is one of a kind. They are all turned by hand in house. Materials used include native & exotic woods, acrylics, clay’s and other materials on several type of hardware. Because no piece of wood or pen blank is the same no one pen is the same. Depending on the hardware some pens can be customized with different styles of grips making them more useful than just a plain old off the shelf pen from a big box store (Although replacement ink can be bought there for convenience). As lovers of real wood we finish our pens with several layers of wax, Hutt, Tripoli, Diamond and Carnauba and some with good old bowling alley wax. Many folk finish with CA although it holds its shine better it give pens a plastic kind of feel which we don’t like. A little wax or polish will always bring your pen back to it’s original shine. We can duplicate pen hardware but only mother nature can duplicate many of the woods we use. Even the acrylics we use are sourced from people who make many of them by hand meaning no one is alike.
Pen Holders
This is where we started putting positive sayings on things first. If you are going to have a nice pen why not have something nice to display it on? We go through life too often without positive things in front of us that encourage us or others. These are simple items that are non-offensive that you can even probably have on your desk at work. We design our Pen holder’s in house using CAD software and cut each one individually on a small MillRight CNC machine we are not a mass manufacturer but this is one things we can re-produce. If there is a positive saying you like, we may be able to make the first one just for you and may even share it with others in our store.
Handmade Jewelry
Andrea is also really creative and makes all kinds of cool jewelry. She regularly looks for beads and cool things that just plain make her and everyone around her look great. Steve turns one of a kind beads from cut offs of pen blanks and small pieces of wood others would normally just discard. Not being a mass manufacturer many times the pieces Andrea creates are one or two of a kind at most.
Photos, Posters, Other printed stuff All of us travel around the country and even the world. We carry cameras with us all of the time. Soon we will be adding more of our photography to the website & store. The pictures we use for backgrounds and menus are all original pictures that we have taken ourselves and added positive dots too. We have the ability to produce Photos up to 13 x19 , Postcards, Small Posters, & Bookmarks which can be customized in house.
